The recent renovation has allowed us to dedicate much of the structure for use as accommodation.
The view over the surrounding hills is of incomparable beauty and on clear days you can see both the peak of Monviso in the Alps, as well as the Apennines.
La Gibiana is an ideal starting point for exploring a region rich in history and culture where the medieval castles, Romanesque churches, the landscapes and museums fill the days of visitors. The events related to food and wine, truffles and typical products can fill you evenings.
However, you may just want to appreciate La Gibiana’s relaxed, frenzy-free and family-focused environment in a location that is far away from traffic.
The farm is located in the hills of Costigliole d’Asti, within easy reach (about 15 minutes by road) of, of the cities of Asti and Alba. Nearby are the charming villages of Nizza Monferrato and Canelli, capital of Moscato d’Asti.
Nearby are the hills of the Langhe, where one can visit the famous production areas of the great Barolo and Barbaresco wines.
